We booked a towncar for me and the groom with only two weeks to go. The guy even gave me a 10% discount. Our venue kicked us out early (don't get me started) and the driver was super flexible and we called him and he showed up almost an hour early. He was very professional and nice. I would recommend then to anyone- probably the only vendor we didn't have an issue with.

A Goff provided buses for our bridal party and our guests to and from our wedding. The only issue we had was they underestimated traffic time and brought half of our guests to our ceremony late. We had to push back the start time of our ceremony so that all the guests would be in attendance. When I questioned this, A Goff blamed the issue on Charlottesville traffic, however as a transportation company they should have anticipated the traffic and allowed more time for the bus to get to the hotel to pick up our guests.

I reserved an old-time Trolley from this company almost a year prior to the wedding. When I reserved the trolley I asked if we could bring champagne for the wedding party to have after the ceremony. I was told we could do this. When I confirmed the trolley reservation a few days before the wedding I again inquired about bringing the champagne and was told then it was not allowed on the trolley because it was a historic vehicle. When I argued with them they told me they would refund my deposit if I no longer wanted the trolley. Two days before the wedding I could not find an alternate vehicle, so we went with the trolley. The temperature on our wedding day was 93 degrees (in April!). The air conditioning on the trolley did not work. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend anyone renting one of these trolleys - go with the limo or party bus. The driver of the trolley was very nice.
