Big Top was definitely great to work with. Their staff was great and their flexibility was amazing. I would say the only down fall to us renting with them was that the quality of their rentals wasn't really great - and come to find out they had to rent from someone else for that weekend because they were so busy - so be sure to ask your rental company if they are using their own stuff or if they get it outsourced. We ended up getting a discount do to the quality and they were really apologetic and rectified the situation right away. I would definitely recommend them!
