Black Tie Affair

I had a wonderful and easy time working with Black Tie Affair. From the first time I called, Donna and Helen were great to work with, they answered all my questions, and everything was incredibly straightforward. They even had to hunt down one of our groomsmen who hadn't sent in their measurements two weeks before the wedding!, but Black Tie Affair was always professional and incredibly kind. Unfortunately Hurricane Irene cancelled our North Carolina wedding for us, but in moving our wedding to another state, it was one of the only vendors we were still able to work with! As we were evacuating and trying to wrap our head around everything, Donna from Black Tie Affair called. We had totally forgotten about the tuxes and were able to pick them up before we left town. Because some of our wedding party was unable to attend the wedding due to the hurricane, we picked up fewer tuxes than we had ordered, but Black Tie Affair was so kind and willing to work with us! We were given shipping boxes to return the tuxes, and despite not being able to try the tuxes on, everything was perfect. Thank you Black Tie Affair!

They were the only shop that had the dress I wanted in stock. The only dissapointing part, when I tried the dress on, the rep didn't remind me that my undergarments are not on, so the very expensive dress, had to pay to be altered. The dress came exaclty as promised, right on time.

They did an awesome job. We had to book them last minute because our other tuxes didn't work out. They fit us in perfectly and did an amazing job of being flexible with us. Thank you!!

We rented the guy's tuxes from Black Tie Affair. The ladies working there were so helpful while we were trying to decide which tux/shirt/tie etc. to go with. They made recommendations for what they thought would look best and were very pleasant to deal with. We had no problems picking up the tuxes or returning them.

We rented our tuxes from Black Tie. They looked amazing, but almost everyone had trouble when calling in their measurements. It took them a few tries until they were able to get a hold of anyone. But it was worth it in the end!

Emma and everyone at Black Tie Affair were just wonderful. Our officaint was such a well dressed polite man and we are still being told how beautiful our service was.
