Bridal Bells Boutique

Overall I would recommend this little boutique to any bride. Barbara was an amazing help picking out a dress. While i was looking for a particular color, she urged me to look at any dress, because most can come in the color I wanted. Turns out, the one i chose, couldn't come in a Lilac color, but she called the makers and made special arrangements. The reasons for my low ratings: I had to literally stay on top of this woman to get anything done. She'd tell me she would call and ask the place about the color the following tuesdsay then email me with the response, but didn't get around to it until i went back a week later. Once I ordered the dress, same thing...she said she would email me with their answer on a few other things (date of arrival, special embroidery, etc) and nothing 2-3 weeks later when i had to go back and ask her personally, which she did on the spot. Also, i was quoted one deposit..but then that deposit went up. Also, my dress was supposed to be in no later than the 23rd of Jan (we discussed this in detail) and it is now the 25th and still no dress. It was important to have the dress in by the 23rd because I am moving on the 31st to a different state, and I don't want to have to worry about whether it will get here on time. The bottom line: I would recommend this boutique simply because of how helpful she was in picking out a dress and telling me all of my options. The rest is manageable, just be prepared to keep on top of things if you expect anything to get done.

Being a plus size bride shouldn't have to limit your experience and Bridal Bells had such a great selection! It was so enjoyable going into a dress store and having dresses that you can actually put on! I was worried I might not find what I really wanted but Barbara knew right away the look I was going for and found my dress! The prices were also very reasonable! Thank you Barbara for finding my perfect dress, it was such a pleasure working with you!!

I would definitely recommend giving Barbara at Bridal Bells a call. She was so easy to work with and worked with me to find the right dress and veil. She let me choose dresses from the racks that I liked and even picked a couple of her own. in the end, I found a beautiful dress and she helped me to make it perfect. The one thing that it was missing was detail on the train, so we ordered extra appliques from the designer and when they came in she and her seamstress helped me to find just the right way to place them to make my dress what I had always imagined. My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses from her shop and the style was just lovely. if there was one area that they could work on, ti would probably be their alterations. 4 out of the 5 bridesmaids were unhappy with the fit of their dresses even after alterations, and since their shop was cloed the week of my wedding, there wasn't much that we could do about it. My dress, however, fit perfectly.

Barbara knows what she's doing. When I made an appointment with her, I had an idea about how my dress should look. We went through her stock and picked out a few dresses. Barbara took the liberty of picking out a few herself. One dress was absolutely horrible, but she insisted that I try it on. Well, it turned out that the dress I hated on the rack was "the dress". It was stunning. Barbara knows what looks good on people and that only comes from a trained, experienced eye. Her prices were extremely reasonable and the customer service was out of this world! I would recommend Bridal Bells to any bride without hesitation!

They had a huge selection of dress especially in the plus sizes. They also did a great job with the alterations.

I absolutely loved my dress. The ladies in the store were very nice. However I don't believe my dress was fitted perfectly because as the night drew on, it started to sag and my bra was exposed in the back. The prices are low, but I'm not sure if I would recommend because of this.
