Chesterfield Rentals

Out of all of our vendors for our wedding day, this was the most disappointing. We reserved 20 chairs & 5 tables for our small intimate wedding. When the rentals arrived the chairs were extremly dirty & damaged. When I called Chesterfield rental regarding the chairs, I was advised to come to the facility and pick out 20 chairs. When we arrived a helper was trying to clean the returned chairs and explained that he could not get them clean. I went to speak with the office manager, stating that the chairs were unacceptable. She asked me to pick out of the already dirty chairs and said "these are the chairs we rent". I told her that we need the chairs for a wedding and I could not have my guest sit on the chairs & my wedding was the next day. I asked her what would happen if we can not find any chairs because I could not take any of them. She then threw her hands up, walked away and said "I will just refund your money". My future husband was inside of the warehouse with a helper and picked 20 chairs HIMSELF and proceeded to go inside of the office to speak with the office manager, explaining again that the chairs were needed for a wedding that is set to occur the next day. She said she was having a bad day and stated that there is more to a wedding than chairs. My future husband also asked if we could get the chairs later that evening so we could start setting up. Our chairs arrived the next morning, without an apology for the mixup or inconvience. This company needs a lesson in customer service.

We got married on Memorial Day weekend and Chesterfield Rental was very flexible with their return policy -- they made everything very easy, from allowing us to pick up our items 3 days in advance for decorations etc, to the pricing on their items. Will definitely keep them in mind for other events in the future!

Placing the order was easy with Chesterfield Rentals. When the delivery guys came to set up they were very patient with my indecsiviness and continually took down and re set up the chairs in whichever way I requested. The chairs were comfortable and in good condition.

Somewhat high cost. Somewhat flexible.
