I used JCrew for my wedding jewelry and I purchased my bridesmaid's as well. I had an issue finding an extra neckace for an additional bridesmaid, and the JCrew cutomer service was Amazing! Did I mention it was months later. They were able to track one down and had it shipped to me for free! In my experience with this company, my faith was restored in retail customer service! (The jewelry was amazing!)

I used J. Crew for my bridesmaid dresses. One of the Best decisions that I made!! I picked out two shades of grey, and my bridesmaids picked out their own dresses. The prices were wonderful!!! The customer service was outstanding!!! They were great about telling them how to measure and based on their measurements what size they were. I had a few friends who ordered several dresses and J Crew was great about returns even on final sale items. Some of my friends kept more than one dress, because they loved them so much. A few of them have already worn their dress again! Love it!

I got my bridesmaids dresses here and they were beautiful! The price was great and the girls were able to choose the style that they felt the most comfortable with. They have great customer service reps who work with dressing wedding parties. So glad I went with J.Crew for the bridesmaids dresses.

J Crew makes gorgeous classic wedding dresses which will make you both look and feel beautiful. The quality of the fabric feels lovely and the dress arrives very quickly after it is ordered. If you are looking to see any in the few stores where they are carried, call or email ahead to make an appointment.

The gals at the JCrew home office were so helpful when it came to finding the perfect wedding dress for me. JCrew has a beautiful selection of gowns that are more unique than other retailers. I was so pleased with the dress I chose; it flattered my figure and got a lot of compliments. We also got all the bridesmaids gowns from JCrew. They are actually wearing them again! How many can actually say that? There were many styles in the same color so the ladies could chose a dress that they liked best. Now I'm a JCrew shopper for life!

I love J.Crew and love that you can order a wedding dress (or 4 in my case), have them delivered in less than a week, got 20% off for a promotional sale and was able to return free of charge the ones I did not keep to any J.Crew store... so easy! My only issue was the dress had baby snaps down the back that popped open every time I got a good hug or bent down. They sent me a $25 gift certificate for that.My husband and I did have a little issue with the suit which we went into the Santa Clara store and got fitted for. Suit came and the jacket was not only to small but had a small rip and the pants were too fitted in the ankle area for our taste. We returned the suit to the Carmel store and the service in store was great but the phone service was difficult. After getting round and round I finally got on the phone with the supervisor we were able to order additional suits with the original 20% off and they overnighted them as well... wedding was only 3 weeks away. Suits came that Monday and looked great. We opted for another style than originally ordered and were able to return all the other suits in store for free when we went in to get our free alterations. Overall very happy but was a little disappointed with the call centers lack of knowledge and initial unwillingness to right the situation we were in due to defective merchandise and a bad fitting.

Were very responsive to problems. Originally sent wrong size dress, but overnighted corrected size at no charge.

J crew actually shipped my order without my dress, and when I called, was out of the dress in my size (it was on sale). The customer service people were so helpful, and actually gave me a discount on another dress that wasn't on sale to make up for it. Very nice and easy to work with, I also went to j crew for my shoes and bridesmaid dresses. I recommend!

I ordered my wedding dress from J.Crew and was very pleased. It was very well represented in the pictures online. I got the size I normally wear in their dresses and it fit! I did have to have some minor alterations but they were no big deal. The dress came with a beautiful box and hanging bag. For the price I paid compared to some other brides I know, I think i definitely got the best value. Great dress at a fair price!

They did a great job customizing the dresses and ribbon and working with my girls to get exactly what they needed. The groomsmen looked relaxed but put together. Thanks!

I loved ordering my dress. Trying on dresses was not for me and this was a hassle free way to find the perfect gown!

I ordered my dress from J. Crew online. Everyone around me was nervous that I hadn't actually tried on the dress before - but it was fine! the first dress I ordered was a little big, but not a size too big, so I just ordered the same size in a petite and when it came - it was perfect and didn't need any alterations! The first dress I ordered I was able to return to the J. Crew store near me and that way I didn't have to pay for shipping to get the dress back to them and my return was processed faster. All of the dresses are beautiful and the one I picked was perfect. It was almost more fun to try on the dress at my girlfriend's house and know it was the one instead of in some stuffy bridal store where I would have been frustrated and dealing with sales reps.

I bought my dress on clearance a few years ago, and added all sorts of appliqu�s and flowers to it. The dress was an excellent base for our design plan. My sister wore the goddess dress and it was beautiful. My mom also wore JCrew and so did our men (groom, father in law, best man, etc). I have never seen a better dressed wedding!

I worked with a J.Crew special even coordinator and he was the biggest help ever. My entire wedding was a J.Crew wedding... from my bridesmaids to the groomsmen all the way up to me!

i ordered my dress a while back and was very happy with it. the customer service with the bridal gowns was wonderful and they were very helpful in the ordering process.

We used J. Crew for the bridesmaid dresses. I had 5 bridesmaids who were all measured by a seamstress before the order was placed. I selected the dresses before they were available so I was able to order them right when they became available. No one's dress fit. I was told by J. Crew that this was because of the side zipper on the dress which makes it fit different than other dresses. Within 2 weeks the dress was on backorder. I ordered in January for a June wedding. At first I was told the new dresses would be available in march. I received 2/5 in March and then was told that the other 3 were backordered until after the wedding date. At that point I did start working with someone who was moderately helpful - she started searching store returns for me and was able to locate 2 additional dresses which only left my maid of honor without a dress. We selected a different style in the same color and fabric that was available in a dress 2 sizes bigger than her actual size. I was then strung along for months by J. Crew wedding representatives. It is very frustrating to talk with someone different every time - one person would tell me they thought they found a dress then the next day someone would tell me that I haven't even ordered a dress yet. By far the most frustrating thing about my wedding was worrying if they bridesmaid dresses would be there or not. This was the absolute worst vendor I worked with. J. Crew is not ready to do weddings - their stock is not reliable enough. I would never recommend anyone use them for their wedding. The only plus was the cost - because of the nightmare of working with them we did get a discount on the dresses and my friends think they will wear them again.

We ordered the bridesmaid's dresses from J.Crew. I worked with one of the bridal consultants/personal shoppers. She was great! She sent me samples of all the fabrics and dress colors. I love the dresses we ordered, the girls all looked great!

I orginally found a dress on jcrew.com and fell in love with in. When I called of course it was out of stock. The lady I spoke with suggested I be put on a "waiting list" in case they had one come in or be exchanged. I did this thinking I would have no luck. I went on looking for another dress. I found others that I loved and found a wonderful seamstress to make a replica. Then out of the blue the J Crew dress arrived! I still loved it when I tried it on but had my seamstress add lace and embellish the bodice. The best of both worlds! J crew was wonderful to work with. We also ordered the guys suits from them....they were great working with exchanging sizes for us and even sent us extra material for free. Highly recommend J Crew for wedding party attire.

I got my dress and my bridal attendants got their dresses from JCrew. I got so many compliments on how elegant it looked, and I felt comfortable the whole time. I'm really pleased that my bridal attendants will be able to use their dresses for many different occasions. Their dresses are fashionable and are not the stereotypical types of bridesmaid dresses that are hideous and only get worn once. JCrew also has wedding specialists you can call and email and get personalized information and advice.
