We used Cuisine and Company for our Sunday Brunch. Louise helped us create a menu that everyone just loved. They were absolutely fantastic on the day and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The fudgy chocolate squares got rave reviews!

I worked with Gloria for menu and event planning. Everything turned out absolutely perfect. Rave reviews from all of our guests on the quality of the food and my husband was quite impressed on the hit our wallets took. The staff was a god send at the event and took care of everything!

Dina was great to work with. The food was great and the staff was very professional at the reception. The caterer is exclusive with The Chrysler Museum of Art rental (meaning you have to use them) and is a bit costly, but is worth it. The food and the service was great. The only difficulty was trying to plan the wedding long distance. They were usually available to communicate via e-mail or phone with only some delays in responses. It was very expensive and difficult to drive 8 hours for a meeting for things you had to do in person - i.e pick linens, etc. Knowing this I wanted to get this done quite early at our first meeting - but that didn't happen. We scheduled other meetings that ended up getting canceled by Cuisine and had to reschedule - two different times. I did not get to finalize/ see and pick my options for my event rentals untill about 4 weeks before the wedding. This was also the same meeting I got my first tasting adn picked my entree selections, something else I wanted to get done months earlier:/. This was the most stressful part of my planning - not knowing what my wedding was going to look like. This was not convenient as I work weekends and..live 8 hours away. Other then this, everything was great. They were flexible in making sure to avoid foods with people with food allergies and even gave my dad green beans when everyone else had asparagus - because he hates asparagus.:) The caprese salad was awesome. The presentation was great. Someone said the tenderloin 'melted in her mouth.' A plus was that we were able to provide our own alcohol. They even provided us with a goody basket as we left the reception filled with champagne, appetizers from the cocktail hour we didn't get to go to, a piece of each flavor of the wedding cake, and each of the entrees and a salad in case we hadn't gotten to eat at the reception. We made sure we ate the food at our wedding!:)
