Diamond Concepts

They were very helpful with helping us find an engagement ring we could afford and also wedding bands. We used their store in Spotsylvania Towne Center.

Went to Diamond concepts to have my wedding ring made to match my engagement ring. They did a fabulous job for the right price!

I did not shop for my engagement ring with my husband but did interact with the store frequently to get my ring sized and to select the right wedding band to go with the ring. The time to get my ring sized was just a few days and it was done at no cost. I have had the ring for nearly a year now so the white gold has started to turn slightly yellow on the bottom where it is rubbed against other things more often, but from my understanding this is to be expected with white gold and it will eventually have to be redipped to achieve the white color again. We initially bought a five stone wedding band but after looking at it longer I decided it wasn't going to fit as snugly next to the engagement ring as I would like. We made multiple trips to the store looking at other options and all the staff kept a friendly attitude about it. The one difficult part was that not all the staff would give us prices for the services we were inquiring about without the owner being present which led to a few extra trips as we were deciding what to do. We were hoping for an even exchange between the initial wedding band we bought and the new one, but they did charge us to reset the five stones from the initial band into a new curved one that better fit with the engagement ring which upon reflection seems only fair given the labor it took to do that. Again everything was done in a few days.

I was told about Diamond Concepts in Springfield mall, by my mom's friend, she said that she had been going there for years. We went to browse and were immeaditally greated by the owner himself!Mike was great, he treated us warmly even though we had a small budget. We ended up getting all of our jewelry (except my engagement ring) from there. We are convinced that this is our jewler for life. Great service, and great prices. We reccommend them to everyone.

I looked everywhere for a platinum filigree diamond wedding ring. I found it all DC. I was immediately greeted by David and he was great to work with. My husband gave me the ring for Christmas last night and I am in love with it. David also helped my husband pick out a very special charm and bracelet for our grand daughter.
