A great experience. Ocean Atlantic Rentals was a breeze to work with, delivered everything we ordered, and was very timely. I placed my order pretty late in the planning process and they were very easy to work with and accomodating. I even had to make some minor additions the week before the wedding, and it was no problem at all. A wonderful experience!

I rented all of the tables, chairs, linens, and glassware from OAER. Their staff was friendly and promptly answered questions I had along the way. In addition, I had to make changes to my order a few weeks before the ceremony. This was handled quickly and I received a confirmation including the revised order details. The items were delivered on time, in perfect condition and were picked up on time as well.

These guys were amazing. So helpful in the planning process (since it was a destination wedding). Went above and beyond to help us with dimensions of the area where we wanted the reception set up. Got the items to us in such a quick, timely manner and the pick up was on time as well. The pricing was better than most rental companies out there! Definitely worth every penny!

I cannot say enough about Ocean Atlantic Rentals. The delivery guys were awesome, friendly. The office staff is above and beyond helpful and so patient. And between 3 other rental compnaies they were by far the least expensive but the quality doesnt suffer. I highly recommend them, they're fantastic! Ocean Atlantic was wonderful to work with! Great customer service every time we called.....and we called A LOT to change our order. They were prompt in delivering our items and even early to set up our Hoopa for our beach wedding. Their tables, tents, linens, plates and chairs were all in excellent condition.. It was great working with them and I'd definitely recommend them for any event!

Very nice people to work with and were flexible in meeting my needs. In comparison to other rentals, they are in the average range and in some areas cheaper. Honestly, when comparing other places I felt that Ocean Atlantic Rentals was much more professional and knew their stuff. Joe, the manager whom I worked with could have easily talked me into spending more money on my equipment rentals, but he was very sensible and realistic...and that I appreciated more then anything. I loved the lighting we had in our tent and I must say the bamboo chairs were one of my favorite things of all. Thank you to Joe and his crew for making my wedding and reception so beautiful.

Worked well with our requests! Give you the option for delivery and self-setup or delivery and professional setup of the rental equipment. They were very friendly and give you estimates without requiring a committment! Would definitely recommend Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals for your next event!!

I was worried my relatively small order (16 chairs, 6 high top tables and table cloths) would get lost in the shuffle of a big rental company; However Ocean Atlantic Rentals were great. I had delivery and pick-up included in the very reasonable price which was great to not have to worry about it.

Last year in 2010 I had the joy of planning a wedding for our son and his Chinese bride while they were half way across the world!. Oh, and I live in Atlanta! Talk about stressful! My husband and I flew up in May and met with Heather in the Nags Head store and within an hour had everything planned and ordered. She had great suggestions and I went home thinking this was just too easy. We returned in August and on wedding day they came promptly on time and set up the arch, chairs and tall table. After the ceremony we left for the reception and they returned to pick it all up. This was probably the least stressful part of the entire wedding! Thanks for the great service. We first started working with Joe (Southern) about 10 months prior to our wedding. We rented tent, chairs, tables, lights and linens. Joe was wonderful to work with. He was responsive, flexible, friendly and so helpful. I also worked with Bridgette for some last minute rentals and she was so helpful as well. Worried, we need some more time to decorate our tent, Joe kindly set it up Thursday instead of the originally scheduled Friday. You can't go wrong with them.

Ocean Atlantic was absolutely spectacular from the first moment we walked in not knowing exactly what we wanted to the finality of the event and the pick up of all the rented items. I was very pleased with the entire experience start to finish and would highly recommend their service to anyone who is looking to rent for weddings, party, vacation or whatever the need they have a full arrary of inventory and their staff are very professional, courteous, and helpful. If you have rental needs in the Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Avon, Duck area Ocean Atlantic is your answer give them a try and I know you will be satisfied and your needs will be adequately fulfilled.

I spoke with Chad in January before they got really busy and he was extremely helpful. He visited our rental house to measure for a tent and determine a good layout for the tables. He had excellent suggestions concerning the use of our house and the location where it was situated, of which he was very familiar. The day of the wedding, he provided helpful suggestions regarding use of the tablecloths on the high-top tables and made an extra trip to deliver more tables that we required. Very friendly, personalized service!

We rented through OAR for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day. They were very easy to work with, although I would've appreciated one sales coordinator instead of the 3-4 that would call. Overall, a great company to work with and great rental equipment. My only gripes came after the wedding when I was called because various linens were missing -- only to find they weren't actually picked up and OAR were going to charge me. It was quickly remedied, but I would've appreciated not having to deal with it to begin with. They are definitely the best event rental company to work with in the Outer Banks and I would highly recommend them for any event.

We contracted with Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals (OAR) to provide tables, chairs and a few linens for our wedding on 9/18/09. OAR was great to work with. They were very helpful, professional, and responsive. They delivered the tables and chairs to our reception venue, which was a private rental beach house, the day before the wedding, so family and bridal party set them up. This saved us from having to pay a set-up fee and we could decide how things fit best and looked best. OAR delivered and set-up our chairs at our ceremony site according to a diagram I had drawn and their own experience with the location. Additionally, OAR was flexible about the pick-up of the rentals the day after the wedding. The quality of their products was as expected. Their website is very detailed and they can provide a wide variety of rental equipment from tents, to lighting, to dance floors. Their prices are competitive with our equipment rentals in the Outer Banks area.
