My needs were simple but I got what I needed when I needed it. Price was a little steep for the quality of the arch that I rented (it turned out to be made of plastic, and we had to put it together ourselves). It was very easy to reserve and rent, pick up and drop off. Actually, the fact that the arch was collapsable made it a lot easier to transport. Average service, average overall quality.

Rockingham Rent-All was easy to work with in preparation for my wedding day. Ultimately, however, they were the only thing that caused me stress. Although I had questioned the location printed on the contract multiple times, it was not changed, causing the materials that I rented to be delivered to the wrong location. We received our delivery nearly five hours late, making our set up run late and ending with our rehearsal running late. I was also disappointed with the size of the tent that I received; I had not clearly understood that the tent I would be renting was not the larger one with sides (we got the smaller one without sides).
