My wife and I had the daunting task of planning a wedding in Virginia from Missouri, which encouraged us to get some outside help beyond our families. Initially, the planner we wanted to go with originally wasn't available, but I'm grateful that that happened.To say the least, Christine was an absolute delight to work with. Every chance we came into town, Christine made herself available and crammed as much stuff as possible into a short period of time to make sure we were on schedule and that we didn't forget anything. The day of moved efficiently and smoothly from our point of view, but I'm sure there were things going on behind the scenes that occurred that we weren't made aware of.Christine took the initiative to bring up things that we didn't think of and was a professional throughout the entire process. She always had our best interest at heart, provided options & suggestions, and ultimately made us feel like our wedding was THE most important thing on her agenda. We would highly recommend Christine for any wedding that someone out there is planning - you won't regret it.

Christine is simply fabulous!! I hired RSVP Consultants after having just come off a very bad experience with another consultant. As the mother of the bride, I lived out of town and my daughter was working full time and also attended Graduate School. Christine took over and she was absolutely worth every penny I spent! Since we had already had some plans in the works, Christine was able to gear a package to meet our needs. I had a strong need for communication and Christine was ALWAYS responsive and proactive in dealing with the bride, me and all the vendors. She listens very well and made helpful suggestions while always keeping the budget in mind. She went to all the vendor visits with us which was something very important to me. She has a very calming and decisive demeanor that puts you at ease and you know that things will be taken care of. The wedding ended up being on a record breaking 105 degree day and we had to make last minute changes to take the wedding inside. While I was with my daughter picking up guests at the airport, getting hair and make up done etc. Christine totally revamped the layout of the wedding (providing me with a scale diagram) and contacted all the vendors to coordinate all the changes that were being made. I just cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. I only have one daughter and I wanted to enjoy the ceremony, family and friends. Her hard work and attention to detail enabled me to do that. It's such a difficult decision trying to decide if you want to hire a wedding planner and then you are afraid you may get a "bad" one. If you are considering Christine with RSVP consultants....you can put your mind to rest. It will be one of the best decisions you've made. ENJOY one of the most memorable experiences of your life!!

If you live in the Richmond area, I highly recommend hiring RSVP Consultants as your Wedding Planner. Of course Christine is very organized and detailed just like other wedding planners but what sets her apart is that she's very intelligent and helps guide you through the whole wedding process. From day one she listens to your ideal wedding, and then works with you (and your budget!) to make that dream a reality. In addition, unlike most other event planners, she doesn't force you to use specific vendors, rather she helps you determine which ones are the best fit for what you want and your budget. On top of all this, she's very down-to-earth. I was apprehensive about hiring a wedding planner because I didn't want them controlling everything, but hiring Christine was the best thing we could have done. She took a lot of pressure off of us. My wife and I both agree that she "quarterbacked" a perfect wedding for us. She is one of the main reasons everything went exactly how we imagined in our minds. If you're having a major event or need help planning your wedding, it's definitely worth it to have Christine and RSVP Consultants on your side.
