Something New

I LOVED my invitations/save-the-dates, and Malissa was awesome at helping me make decisions on this! There are so many choices out there and she really helped me narrow things down. The layout of the store allows for good space to look at a few big sample books at a time, so that was nice. I also ran into a spelling error on my invites and everything was fixed in a timely manner. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Something New to all brides!!

WOW! This place is amazing. I went in knowing one thing, I wanted snowflakes, and Melissa sat down and went through every book with me looking for snowflakes, and believe me that wasn't easy, but she seemed to know where they all were. She was so helpful in choosing the proper wording, and made me feel at ease when trying to figure out how to put my dad's name on the invitation without it being awkward. He passed before the wedding but I wanted his name on there some how. Most say "the late" but I felt that was too cold, so we sat and brain stormed, and she made some phone calls to other people, and ecentually came up with "the beloved", so much better to me. She helped me in so many ways, and was always so friendly. She was just as excited as I was about finding things for the wedding, and the day I came in, in tears because of issues with my wedding site, she listened patiently and offered to help in any way she could, much more than she had to do. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The personal treatment is worth it's weight in gold. I love these people, they have become like family to me.

Melissa, the owner and an event coordinator, was so helpful and friendly. She and her staff were so great with my mother-in-law and I when we went to decide on invitations. They patiently showed us anything and everything they thought we might like until we settled on rehearsal dinner invitations, wedding invitations, and thank you cards. I thought they had a great selection of stationery that I had not seen at the other places I had visited, and I really appreciated their customer service. Not only would they call me to confirm details before placing final orders, but when my order did come in and I called them back, they remembered exactly who I was and exactly what my wedding invitations looked like! They commented that when my invites came in, they all gathered excitedly to see them... I thought that was so nice!
