I chose to use The Cordial Cricket due to their great reputation, and once I visited their store front in Chester, I knew Elizabeth was exactly who I wanted to work with! Elizabeth met with us several times (including at The Cordial Cricket's new West End location), making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Elizabeth was conscientious of our budget and helped us get exactly what we were looking for in our price range (letterpress)! Not only that, Elizabeth provided valuable guidance on invitation etiquette and her overall friendly demeanor made us instantly comfortable. The entire process from start to finish was wonderful--including the proofing process which was not only very quick--but also very correct! Our wedding invitations turned out absolutely gorgeous and we received so many compliments from family and friends.The Cordial Cricket has a beautiful variety of both modern and traditional invitations and I believe they can help any bride find the perfect invitation for her event! Our invitations were perfect! Everyone loved how different they were. The printer had originally printed our invitations on a slant, it was amazing how the owner Elizabeth responded and made this right so quickly and thoroughly. I can't say enough good things :) Karen and Michael Curtis

I wish I could check higher than 5/5 for some of these areas! Working with Elizabeth and the Cordial Cricket was amazing! We always felt like we had her utmost attention and never felt rushed to make important wedding decisions. She was able to offer advice on etiquette and ways to be more economical, both of which were greatly appreciated. Not only did Elizabeth help us pick out the perfect invitations/programs/menus, she followed up to make sure we were completed satisfied after our products came in. Beautiful store and a wonderful selection!

The Cordial Cricket did a great job on our invitations. There were more than the 125 that we ordered, in case we messed up. The invitations were beautiful and looked just like the sample they had in the store. I would recommend going there and looking into invitations.

I really enjoyed working with the Cordial Cricket for my wedding invitations. I thought the selection they offered was excellent, and their knowledge of stationary and invitation etiquette was very helpful. At times it was a bit frustrating to be have limited flexibility on the part of the stationary companies (e.g. limited to certain colors, not being able to see a full color proof online before sending the invitations to the printer)- but the staff at the Cordial Cricket made sure we were aware of that from the beginning and helped us to make the best decision with what we were given. My invitations turned out BEAUTIFULLY, I had so many wonderful comments and I couldn't have been happier with the final product. I fully recommend them to anyone who needs invitations or stationary for any event!

It is helpful to know what you can afford. A budget is so helpful. It will also make things easier to help narrow things down by having an idea of what you want( simple, elegant, trendy),your theme,and most of all a color scheme.

The Cordial Cricket was amazing! I could not have pulled off my wedding without them! I ordered my save the dates, invitations, programs, cocktail napkins and thank you notes through them and all of those items were a huge hit with my guests. Everything they offer at the store is unique and classy. I also registered at the store for wedding gifts and many of my favorite gifts came off of my registry at the store. I constantly went to this for advice with etiquette questions and always received an expert answer. The Cordial Cricket was indispensable to me in the planning of my wedding.

The Cordial Cricket was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when it came to picking out my wedding invitations. They were able to get a feel for what I liked by invitations that I marked which helped them lead me in the right direction. They were also very prompt in sending me the proofs and filling the order. I then bought my bridesmaids beautiful pearl bracelets with silver charms from The Cordial Cricket. They were a hit. Thanks so much to Elizabeth and Jennifer for all their help! I got our invitations and save-the-date cards from The Cordial Cricket. The owner, Elizabeth, is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it comes to wedding stationary etiquette. She made shopping for my wedding stationary the least stressful part of my planning! The customer service, stationary selection, and knowledgeable staff is really what sets this shop above the rest. Elizabeth had the answers to all of our questions about invitation design, wording, mailing, etiquette, etc, and when she didn't know the answer about specific invitations, she never hesitated to call the company and find out what we needed to know. We knew our invitations were in excellent hands. Not only is this shop great for your wedding stationary needs, but it's also a great place to get small gifts, like hostess gifts. Store is great! Great area for reviewing all of the books of invitations. They also had a wonderful selection of invitations to choose from as well as being very affordable.

Everything was awesome! Elizabeth spent so much time with us, that it seemed as though we were her only client. Proofs were delivered as promised and great follow up after the initial order was placed, during the process, and following the order.
